1. Black Friday 2025 offers are ONLY available between November 24 and December 08, 2025.
2. The Black Friday 2025 offers provide discounted pricing and/or free months on eligible new hosting services purchased during the Promotional Period.
3. For 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-year plans, the included free months are automatically added and applied at the end of the paid term. These free months cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or discounts on future purchases. If the plan is canceled before the free months begin, the free months will be forfeited.
4. A 30-day refund period is available on ALL WPX plans, regardless of length. (All fees and purchases under $5.50 USD without VAT are not eligible for a refund.)

6. Upgrades are possible and are calculated on the basis of WPX’s regular prices.
7. When a customer who signed up for a monthly Black Friday 2025 offer upgrades during the first month of discounted service, the upgrade will be calculated on a monthly basis at WPX’s regular prices.
8. Upgrades on promotional plans purchased with the Black Friday 2025 offer will be calculated based on the current billing cycle. Suppose the promotional plan purchased with the Black Friday 2025 offer is set on a yearly billing cycle. In that case, the upgrade will include (the upgraded plan regular price – current plan regular price) / 365 * days left to the end of the current billing cycle + the price of the new promotional plan. If the billing cycle is monthly, the upgrade will include (the upgraded plan regular price – current plan regular price) * 12 / 365 * days left to the end of the current billing cycle + the price of the new promotional plan.
9. Annual plans CANNOT be purchased in multiples to create a 2-year plan, 3-year plan, or longer.

13. Black Friday 2025 orders must be completed/paid for by 17.12.2025 at 11:59 PM GMT +2. Unpaid invoices for the Black Friday 2025 offers will be terminated on 18.12.2025. Terminated invoices cannot be reinstated after that point in time.
14. All domain-related purchases are non-refundable.

If the customer lives in the EU/UK and creates a company account with a valid EU/UK VAT number on WPX, the VAT number should be entered during the WPX signup process to have the VAT charge excluded from the total bill. Since validation of the VAT number depends on different local institutions, in case of any issues during the purchase, the customer should contact the WPX Support Team before payment.
16. Personal accounts in the EU/UK are ALSO subject to VAT, which will be an ADDITIONAL charge on top of the above prices, of which WPX has no control. Some accounts in the USA are ALSO subject to additional sales tax.
17. A “reasonable use” limit of bandwidth usage will be applied at the discretion of WPX Hosting. In most cases, the application of a CDN (Content Delivery Network), which the WPX Support Team can help configure at no cost, should resolve high bandwidth usage. The customer can contact the WPX team for further clarification if needed.
18. Free site migrations to WPX from other hosting companies are NORMALLY completed within 24 hours. HOWEVER, due to the much higher number of migration cases the WPX Migration/Support team handles during Black Friday, that timeframe MAY extend up to 72 hours. The exception to WPX's usual free site migration policy is with a domain change during site transfer, e.g., from jonsblog.com (at another host) to jonsamazingblog.com (at WPX), which would cost $98 as there is a considerable amount of database editing and checking required, unlike a normal site migration where the domain is unchanged.
19. Customers install third-party plugins and/or themes at their own risk, and it is not physically possible for the WPX Support Team to debug any problematic themes and/or plugins – that is entirely the responsibility of the plugin/theme developer who created that software in the first place.
20. Once payment for any of WPX's Black Friday 2025 offers is processed, the customer automatically agrees to all additional terms and conditions listed above for this Black Friday 2025 promotion.
